Conference registration fee includes all breaks, official program items, all food and beverage events on the agenda, educational sessions and materials. Hotel accommodations are NOT included and should be made by contacting the host hotel.
Official name badge and tickets are required. All attendees must wear their name badge to participate in official conference activities – strictly enforced for security.
Cancellations will be accepted until June 25, 2013 at 5:00 p.m. EST in order to receive a refund, less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to SGMP SE Regional Conference to email@example.com. After June 25, 2013 no refunds will be granted. In the event the registrant is no longer able to attend the conference, substitutions of a business colleague/co-worker will be accepted until August 12, 2013 at 5:00 p.m. EST. The original registrant, or person paying, MUST submit the replacement’s name and contact information in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
