Registration Includes

The conference registration fee includes official program items, all food and beverage events shown on the agenda, educational sessions and materials. Hotel accommodations are NOT included and each attendee is responsible to confirm their reservations by contacting the host hotel.

Name Badges

An official name badge will be provided at registration and must be worn to participate in official conference activities. This policy is strictly enforced for security.

Registration Payment Policy

All payments must be in U.S. dollars.  Individual registration forms received at the Early Bird rate without FULL PAYMENT will qualify for the discounted rate if we receive full payment on or before June 30, 2014.  After this date, each individual registrant will be assessed the current rate effective on the date that we receive full payment.  If full payment is not received by July 25, 2014, we reserve the right to cancel your conference registration.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

All requests for refunds must be made in writing on or before 11:59 p.m. EST on July 18, 2014.  To receive a refund, less a $50 cancellation fee, submit an email to LaTonya Blount at latonya@sheplanevents.com.  Due to financial obligations incurred by the SREC, refunds will not be available to those submitting a written request after this deadline.

Registrants that do not attend the conference and do not contact LaTonya Blount (via written correspondence as stated above) will forfeit all paid registration fees.

Replacement/Transfer Policy

In the event the registrant is no longer able to attend the conference, SREC will accept the substitution of a business colleague/co-worker until 5:00 p.m. EST on August 1, 2014. The original registrant, or person paying, MUST submit the replacement’s name and contact information in writing to latonya@sheplanevents.com.  After this date, transfers must be completed on-site during the conference.

Conference Attire

The dress code is Business Casual for all agenda events and traveling attire for the conference activities on Wednesday.
